- Job Summary: Perform a full range of complex professional
duties related to the analysis of cost elements and overhead rates to
achieve fair and reasonable prices for Port services. Analyze
consultant billing rates and cost proposals for reasonableness of costs
and compliance with FAR requirements. Prepare negotiation strategy
memos based on research. Develop training materials related to
negotiations. Create and update Port database of billing rates by
classification.
