The Washington State Project Review Committee (PRC) has announced it is seeking to fill 8 positions for three year terms. The PRC, appointed by the Capital Projects Advisory Review Board (CPARB) is charged by state law with evaluating and approving the use of Design-Build and General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) projects by public bodies in the state.
