Sound Transit has submitted an application to State of Washington Project Review Committee seeking approval to use the General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) alternative public works delivery method for the construction of the station planned at the University of Washington. Their application will be considered by the Project Review Committee at the September 24, 2009 meeting of PRC.
