Robynne Thaxton Parkinson, the immediate past president of the Northwest Region's chapter of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), was recently named to the national DBIA board of directors.Parkinson is the principal of the Seattle based Law Offices of Robynne Thaxton Parkinson PLLC.
