Training on Alternative Public Works Contracting

I recently trained approximately 60 project managers, project engineers, and other managers from the City of Seattle - City Light Department. The full day of training was entitled “An Introduction to Alternative Public Works Contracting Procedures.”

We covered the three alternative methods authorized by chapter 39.10 RCW: General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM), Design-Build, and Job Order Contracting (JOC). I conducted two separate sessions, each covering the same material, on June 20^th and June 23^rd.
