I provide consultant advice and training to government agencies and businesses in managing the complex world of public procurement and contracting. I help develop and implement strategies, solve challenging problems, and provide clear, comprehensive, and focused training on public procurement and contracting. I was a contracts manager for more than 30 years in Washington State (City of Seattle, Seattle Housing Authority, and University of Washington). I retired in early 2010 from my position as the Contracts Manager for the University of Washington’s Capital Projects Office. In my “retirement,” I continue to consult for a wide range of public and private sector clients.
