The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (L&I) published updated prevailing wage rates on August 1, 2011.
Effective Date: The new prevailing wage rates will be effective for all public works projects with a bid submittal date of August 31, 2011 or later. For projects advertised prior to August 31, 2011, but which have a bid submittal date of August 31, 2011 or later, public agencies should issue an addendum with the revised prevailing wage rates.
