Portland Agency Exceeds Minority Goals

For the last two years, the Portland Development Commission has exceeded their goals for use of minority, women-owned, and emerging small businesses, with more than 35% of the contracting dollars going to Oregon certified businesses.  

The Commission serves as the urban renewal and economic development arm for the City of Portland.
