The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries will hold a public hearing on October 22, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. at the Department's headquarters in Tumwater, Washington (7273 Linderson Way Southwest, Room S117) to consider comments on three proposed new sections of the Washington Administrative Code. The sections would add a prevailing wage scope of work description for three trades that currently do not have such scopes: construction site surveyors, industrial power vacuum cleaners, and divers/diver tenders.
Comments must be received by October 22, 2008 to the attention of Sally Elliott, Specialty Compliance Services Division, PO Box 44400, Olympia, WA 98504-4400.
